Sarasota International Chalk Art Festival 2013 ‘Legacy of Valor’
This years festival theme was a good one: ‘Legacy of Valor’, honoring US veterans and service men and women of the military. The Sarasota Chalk Art Festival is recognized world wide as one of the largest events for street
One of the things I love most about my profession is the ability to give back and share by educating others about 3d street painting. My schedule is often very hectic yet when good opportunities come up to work with children, I usually find a way to
I’m very excited and pleased to announce that I will be showcasing the very best in 4d street painting at the inaugural Bienal del Sur en Panama, which opens April 15 in beautiful Panama City. This international exhibition, host to over 200 artists from around the globe, is shaping up to be a major player on the contemporary art circuit.
Organized by Roxana Mendez de Obarrio, Mayor of Panama City, in partnership with Luz Botero, Advisor for the Promotion of Arts and Culture, this event is entitled ‘Summoning Worlds’ and focuses on “exploring ways to transform the city and its surroundings in a certain manner, actually involving the spectators in a constant dialogue and interaction with these structural practices. The opening of the show will be April 15 and will extend through May, 2013. Luminaries such as Zaha Hadid & ROA will be participating, with artists representing the best in architecture,

I had traveled to St. Petersburg in 2010 and was excited about returning to draw with the national artists. I used this opportunity to present my work via a 3D street painting master class for participants, and a hands on workshop painting with a crew of local artists who proved to be not only talented, but great fun to
