One of the things I love most about my profession is the ability to give back and share by educating others about 3d street painting. My schedule is often very hectic yet when good opportunities come up to work with children, I usually find a way to

3d Chalk Art / 3d Street Painting made it’s Hollywood style debut on the Hallmark Channel’s new Emmy nominated morning show ‘ Home & Family’ this past week. I was invited down to the Universal Studios lot to tape a segment for the May 6 program, which showcased a street painting I created specifically for…
One of the best rewards of being a 3D street painter is being appreciated and recognized by your peers, fans, colleagues and enthusiasts. That being said I’m pleased to announce that my work has been included in a new book that’s just been published: ‘Exceptional Eye Tricks’ by Brad Honeycutt; Imagine! Publishing. The book includes…
I recently returned from 3D street painting in Taiwan, where Team 3D and I created a terrific piece in Taipei for trendy home furnishing giant, HOLA! Invited to design a piece to promote the launch of HOLA’s spring collection, I designed an image that embodied the color and whimsy of their product line. The art depicted two stuffed animals enjoying a tea party, inviting viewers
I’m very excited and pleased to announce that I will be showcasing the very best in 4d street painting at the inaugural Bienal del Sur en Panama, which opens April 15 in beautiful Panama City. This international exhibition, host to over 200 artists from around the globe, is shaping up to be a major player on the contemporary art circuit.
Organized by Roxana Mendez de Obarrio, Mayor of Panama City, in partnership with Luz Botero, Advisor for the Promotion of Arts and Culture, this event is entitled ‘Summoning Worlds’ and focuses on “exploring ways to transform the city and its surroundings in a certain manner, actually involving the spectators in a constant dialogue and interaction with these structural practices. Such interventions shall be oriented towards logical and participatory processes, to work projects involving the public, towards proposals of access to technology and to present forms of communication in a temporary habitat of artistic experiences.”
The opening of the show will be April 15 and will extend through May, 2013. Luminaries such as Zaha Hadid & ROA will be participating, with artists representing the best in architecture,

Some people insist that size does matter! Well if that’s the case, street painters in south Florida should be pretty darn happy. Big asphalt, big crowds, big fun. That about sums up last weekends events in lovely Lake Worth, Florida, where I participated as a featured artist in the 19th edition of the Lake Worth Street Painting Festival.
It was hot, sunny and only rained briefly (sudden rain is typical in Florida this time of year) – perfect conditions for a chalk festival. I decided on a 3D image of Machu Picchu, which I had the good fortune of visiting in 2012. I had these terrific photos on my iPad that I had taken at the site so I used those on a free-hand design that seemed perfect for my piece of asphalt. Easy, no stress, pure flow – just the way I like it!
This festival combines art, food, music and entertainment for the entire Palm Beach county and southern Florida. Crowds upwards of 100,000 show up annually to check out the hundreds of
Many of you may know that I am a real advocate for eduction, especially when it comes to my art form – 3d street painting. I’ve created a free ‘How To’ video – for those interested in learning the basics of 3d work which can be easily accessed on the home page of my website – as well as an easy to use e-book on the topic. These are great tools for anyone hoping to get started in the world of 3d street painting.
But my real love lies in direct appearance workshops, where I can freely interact with
